TrilogyQC is an extremely flexible integration tool that provides a bi-directional link to Quality Center. When coupled with our Trilogy product it provides a live-link to your QC data from within CA SCM, but that is just one of the many possibilities. It can also provide a live-link into QC from a website, or be hooked into a release note generator to provide defect information content.

TrilogyQC allows the following:

• Viewing defect information, including attachments from your SCM tool
• Updating a defect to reflect actions being performed in the development lifecycle e.g. code being promoted to testing
• Creating new defects as a result of an action being performed in the development lifecycle e.g. a test failure or the creation of an emergency fix
• Will also integrate with Test Director

TrilogyQC is fully flexible in its output capabilities thanks to its XSL driven integration engine. It can be configured to produce HTML, XML or even text output. The latter opens up the possibility of generating various textual formats such as RTF.
